Cologne Christmas Markets

There are seven different themed Christmas markets in the city centre, all brightly lit up, full of festive cheer and located within walking distance of each other. If you have time, visit the magnifi cent cathedral and the wonderful Chocolate museum.

Travel Time From Calais

Approx. 6hrs from Calais to Cologne by coach

Sample Itinerary

Day 1:
Travel to Dover for the ferry crossing to Calais. Arrive Cologne in time for dinner.

Day 2:
AM: Visit the magnifi cent Cathedral & the Chocolate Museum, or take a cruise along the Rhine to see the many changing faces of this lovely city.
PM: Visit the Christmas markets and listen to the sweet voices of the carol singers in the distance.

Day 3:
Depart after breakfast for Calais and take the ferry crossing back to Dover (optional hypermarket visit at Calais). Return to school during the evening.
